Payment

All prices quoted in De Hvide Svaner Camping online booking system is, like all other places on the website, listed in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation.

Payment is made by using one of the accepted credit / debit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Diners. The money will be drawn from your bank account as soon as you have booked and payed.

Information on online trading

You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. You are as a consumer, as a rule, secured against potential misuse of your credit card online, so there is no self-risk in case of abuse of your payment card via the Internet. Change of booking

If you will change your booking, please contact the campsite.

Shipping and delivery

You will receive a Booking confirmation / contract from De Hvide Svaner Camping, in which the accounts for your purchase are shown, when booking and paying a cabin, a rental tent, a seat for your own tent or a room for your own caravan. The contract can be printed from the website after completion of the booking, and will also be sent by e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is stated by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at De Hvide Svaner Camping on the day of arrival (and ends at departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract. The ordered product can not be transferred to others or converted into cash.

Right of cancellation and refund

• Cancellation up until 6 weeks before arrival: 75% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation later than 4 weeks before arrival: No refund.
• Cancellations are only accepted by email: info@dehvidesvaner.dk

If you have started your vacation with us, the booked period is binding and can not be transferred to others.

Registration of information

De Hvide Svaner Camping registers your name, address, e-mail, and other information given in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but De Hvide Svaner Camping retains registration for 5 years.

De Hvide Svaner Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create the security of the information you provide on the page.

When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Complaints Processing

If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the following address or phone number.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by reviewing your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to appeal is terminated pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Danish Purchasing Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed.

When De Hvide Svaner Camping receives your complaint about an item, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. De Hvide Svaner Camping will decide whether the item received is to be refunded, exchanged or whether price reductions are to be given.
